A experienced project director who specialises in the hospitality sector with a diverse portfolio of experience from industry leading leading operators including Cheval Blanc, Mandarin Oriental, Accor (formally FRHI), Aman and Hilton. He has collaborated with award-winning designers, including Denniston International, A Work of Substance, SCDA, KKAA, The Flaming Beacon, Unscripted and Hassell studio.

Leo has cultivated a high level of trust across stakeholders groups due to his remarkable capabilities and proven track record. He brings to the table a high level of expertise and competence in product, design and project management, from the conceptual stage to handover.

Having worked in Asia for over 11 years within the luxury hospitality development sector he has focused in Indonesia developing and curating an extensive network of manufacturers, craftsman, artists and producers of all areas of a hotel, commercial and residential projects – from FF&E, Millworks, OS&E, Amenities, Architectural and Interior finishes/materials, etc…

Value Engineering

Working extensively with the stakeholders (designers and operator) to ensure that the product is manufactured to the required standard and within the parameters set by the client's budget.

Critical analysis of area schedule and recommendations as to where the client should invest within the spending of the hotel or property.

A complete service package for clients including complete procurement and consultancy services.
